The name ADENIA CLADOSEPALA was given to the representative of the Passifloraceae family – Hermann August Theodor Harms in 1897. The caudiciform plant was discovered in Madagascar. Cladosepala is accustomed to well-drained soil with plenty of water. It needs to be oriented in a strong sunny position for healthy growth. The plant produces a caudex up to 30 centimetres in diameter. One of its characteristic features is its white-edged leaves. At maturity, it has a very large number of scapes with greenish-white flowers.
